We are conducting interviews with Haisla Band Members to support the development of a community based Marine Use Plan.  The survey will be used to develop the Marine Use Plan and will also help to support other economic development initiatives in the community.

The survey is available as both a Microsoft Word Document and a PDF document. The survey can either be printed out and completed by hand, or done in a word processor and submitted as an e-mail attachment.

There is a $20.00 incentive to be paid to each survey respondent for a satisfactorily completed survey. The $20.00 will be paid after surveys are assessed for satisfactory completion, thus please provide a means of contact so you can be informed of when your survey has been deemed satisfactory and you may collect your $20.00.

If you elect to complete the survey electronically, please do so in Microsoft Word format and save the document under a different name and then e-mail the survey back to either David Latremouille or Chris Wilson as an e-mail attachment:
