Garbage Pick Up

Staring the week of June 29th, garbage pick up will be back to 2 days per week (Mondays all day & Thursday 8 am - 12 pm). Please ensure that your garbage is out before 8 am an you have your garbage in proper containers, especially during fishing season. DO NOT dispose of any kind of garbage in the community as it attacts wildlife.

Haisla Recreation Centre

Due to unforeseen circumstances renovations for the Haisla REC centre will begin the week of August 17th and will be closed for approximately 6 weeks (if main gym is required please call teh contacts below). Wildlife Reportings

For Wildlife reporting call Conservation Office: 1-877-952-7277

Leave a message detailing location: Kitamaat Village, closest street where and what type of wildlife was seen.

Also call Andy Bolton Sr. during work hours (8 am - 4:30 pm) at 250-639-9361 ext. 210 and after hours 250-639-4653.
